We Kiwis have an attitude -
it helps us get along;
when times are tough, the road seems rough,
we chuck our gumboots on.
Whether rolling up our sleeves
or the stoic Kiwi face -
no ifs or buts, we'll bust our guts
to show the world our place.
The All Blacks are our heroes -
there's Meads and Merts and Dan,
from rugby gear to underwear
we know the Kiwi can.
When the weather gives us problems,
when the cup defence goes wrong;
we grit our teeth, prepare our feet
to ram our gumboots on.
We're pretty good at sailing -
there's Dickson, Coutts and Dean;
whatever the class, whoever the brass
we're a fearless fighting machine.
I suppose it's small mans syndrome
that makes us how we are -
we're nuclear free, got Buzzy Bee
so we're better off by far.
And the cure for all that ails us?
fencing wire - number eight -
it will fix the flow, or the radio
and the muffler's looking straight.
So, never question if we can,
never doubt our fortitude;
we'll get things right if it takes all night
with our gumboot attitude!

Hey Jo...just looking at why others can't seem to leave you a note...and see they have to already have a "blogger" base of some sort to do so. Will look to see how you can alter this.
